Our privacy policy

At the School Food Trust, we’d like to let you know what we do with the information you give us.

What we will do if you are a pupil registering:

• Your name will be passed onto the teacher you nominate – this way, he or she will know who wants to get involved in the competition

What we will do if you are a teacher registering:

• If you are a teacher or Head teacher, you will be sent an email confirmation containing your log-in and password once you’ve registered
• We will send you occasional emails to keep you updated with information about the campaign

What we will do when you are voting:

• We will capture your name and birthday in order to validate your vote

What we won’t do:

• None of your personal or contact details will be passed on to anyone else outside the School Food Trust
• None of your personal or contact details will be used for advertising or marketing purposes
